The food? Absolutely phenomenal! We had dinner twice and reveled in each dish. Breakfast was top-notch, too! The cozy atmosphere made it an extraordinary experience, all set against the stunning backdrop of the basilica. Loved it!
Sure, parking's a bit of a trek, and the road's blocked for cars, but given the quaint narrow streets, it’s all part of Vezelay’s charm—charming and magical!

The atmosphere at dinner was truly magical.
Our stay was marred by inconvenient parking issues. The room was cramped, making it hard to relax. We also faced a lack of useful amenities, which was disappointing for the price we paid.

Absolutely enjoyed my brief stay—minus the fact that my room was practically a closet. How quaint! Also, parking was quite the trek, definitely not ideal for someone who values convenience. While I almost thought of leaving a decent review, where was my complimentary treat for the trouble? I'm just not that regular, I guess.

The little town charmed us with its beautiful basilica and delightful nuns' choir. We also explored the stunning limestone cliffs by the river. Our kids loved splashing around, and having my parent along made the experience even more special.
My wife says that more kids' activities would be great.

Couple’s charming getaway
The room we had was nice , with a great view of the basilica right out the window. The breakfast was a spread of things to eat that filled us up for most of the day , I still reminisce about that fresh bread.
It wasn't cheap , but the experience was still ok.

My family (2 adults and 2 kids) had a wonderful stay in two rooms for one night. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the basilica. We enjoyed a magical dining experience outside as the sun set, and the food was incredible. The staff were friendly, making our evening unforgettable. Our rooms were newly furnished and very clean.
Parking is a bit of a walk but manageable.

A hidden gem for relaxation!
Spent 2 days in this charming town. The basilica was stunning, and I loved listening to the nuns sing! The cozy bar area was perfect for winding down after a day of exploring. Only thing is, parking is a bit of a trek. Still, it was totally worth it for the peaceful vibes!
